Terms & Conditions

> Charges and Payments

  • Minimum Charges: All charges are based on minimum rates which are subject to adjustment based on project specifications.
  • Photo/Images: The client is responsible for providing photos/images. If licensed photos are required, the Client must purchase the appropriate licenses.
  • Creative Design Iterations: 
    All creative designs include one iteration based on the Client's initial approval.
    Proper visual requirements must be finalized before the first design draft.
    Additional iterations will incur additional charges.
  • Social Media Creative Alterations:
    Alterations to a single social media creative will be charged at 20% of the base price as a conversion fee.
    Some content may not be eligible for conversion; this will be communicated beforehand.
  • Retainership Charges: Custom monthly retainership charges will be determined based on specific requirements as per the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Post-Approval Changes: Any changes requested after Client approval of content will be treated and charged as new work.
  • Event Content: A minimum of 3 days notice is required for all branding requirements, including host, guest, overlay, ad links, and shareable content before any event. The basic event timeline is 30 minutes.

> Turnaround Time (TAT)

  • Fresh Work: Standard TAT is 36 hours for new work.
  • Iteration & Rework: TAT for iterations and rework is 24 hours.
  • Weekly Schedule: To adhere to the weekly schedule, content guidelines must be approved at least one week in advance.

> Taxes and Fees

  • Exclusivity of Taxes: All rates quoted are exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice.

> General Terms

  • Ownership and Intellectual Property:
    The Client retains ownership of any materials provided.
    The Agency retains ownership of any proprietary tools, methods, or templates used.
  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all materials and information shared during the course of the project.
  • Liability: The Agency is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date will be due.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
  • Force Majeure: The Agency will not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
